Jean-Louis Chave Hermitage is absolutely legendary—the 2010 is a 100-point Parker wine that'll age beautifully through 2050—but a light capsule defect plus past seepage plus label damage on a bottle you're paying $700+ for is asking for trouble; you can find cleaner examples in the $120–200 retail range or hunt a nicer bottle of the same vintage elsewhere. At this price point with these flaws, even legend status doesn't justify the risk.
